HORRIBLE courtesy from the RUDEST receptionist I have ever encountered...., Mar 1, 2012 A receptionist has never treated me so rude. Since Dr. Zlobl’s office doesn’t take later afternoon appointments, and I don't get out of work until 4 p.m., I had to put in for sick time in order to leave work early. I also had to secure coverage for my classroom because I am a teacher. Since the person covering for my class ran 5 minutes late, I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude in telling me we would probably have to re-schedule due to Dr. Zlobl's schedule, and said she called me yesterday and left me a "five minute" message explaining how important it was to be on time. I received NO such message, and when I plainly explained this, the receptionist became snooty and said, "Well, I’m not making it up." Then I realized I HAD received a call yesterday from a number I did not know. This caller did not leave a message. I pulled out my cell phone and asked what the office’s phone number was. She replied that they have 6 different lines. So I told her I would read her the number and asked if she could identify it, and she said, "I don't care." I couldn't believe it!! She didn’t care?!?! When you work with people, it’s imperative that you are empathetic, and Dr. Zlobl’s office proved that they are anything but empathetic. In the business that my husband co-owns, this type of customer service would cause you to lose your job. Needless to say, I left and did not re-schedule an appointment.

Harlene V. -- Another satisfied patient at Conrad Eye Centers..., Mar 13, 2013 My daughter and her husband were very pleased with their experience. But I knew they would be, because I am. Based on my overall experience, I would recommend Dr. Conrad to my family and my friends. |

Misdiagnosed my child Prescribed dangerous medication...., Feb 11, 2013 Wow. Character Limit. Sucks cause there is a lot to tell. I will make some points. 1) I had to guess my child's diagnostic and he would just agree with me. 2) Told me my child has pinworms when complaining about belly pain and constipation without even checking in a lab ( my child was later diagnosed at the ER with Encopresis ). 3) Prescribes Tylenol for everything from headaches to possibly cancer. 4) Call to make an appointment for lung check when my child had a severe flu but instead I was sent to the Pharmacy where a prescription will be sent. went to the Pharmacy and everything was Over the Counter.5)GI doctor requested a note in December from him. It is February and the GI never received it. 6) Called to get something for my son's cough. Transferred through three different receptionists ( one was chewing her food while on the phone with me).Got prescription for ASTHMA medication.Pharmacist asked me not to give my son the medication as it is dangerous.Encopresis+med=Renal Failure |

Unfortunately, I can't recommend her. Lacks privacy sensitivity!..., Feb 6, 2013 I saw this doctor once. Her office is very small which would be fine, except while I was there in the waiting room, I could hear everything she was saying during her phone conversation with the insurance company or someone like that. This included the patient's i.d. number, medical problems, lab report results, etc. I couldn't believe it! Doesn't this violate HIPPA laws?? She was using a phone in the front reception area but could prevent this by having a phone in back part of office. Toward the end of our appt., I told her I was concerned about her making calls from phone in front, and I could hear everything she was discussing about a patient. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, she blamed it on her office, other patients, and then me. She said that that unfortunately she has a small office; that sometimes the reception door gets left open when patients walk in; and that most patients aren't listening for something like that. LOL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! She may be a good doctor regarding a broken bones and such (I don't know), but she is clueless about protecting patient privacy! No thanks! |

This doctor needs to be put out of business! Very unethical!..., Dec 10, 2012 Went to this dr. as a new patient. If I only would've looked up his reviews first! Was told to fast the night before. My appt was for 9 the next morning. Was not seen by the doctor until 2:30 in the afternoon! Went in for a well womans exam (no complaints) did not receive a pelvic exam but was charged for one. The dr. ordered a chest x-ray, intervaginal sonogram, EKG on my heart and a mammogram. Was sent in the restroom to perform my own pap smear as the dr. said he was not comfortable doing so himself because of my history of cancer?? The bathroom was disgusting. When I complained I was given a rag and a bottle of cleaning solution to clean it myself! I am going to report him to the AMA!!! |
