Dr. Troy R Williams and Medfirst: no bedside manner and rude staff..., Mar 18, 2011 I went to see Dr. Williams as a new patient. My first visit was not great but i thought to stick it out . I wish i didn't. He has no bedside manner, and dismissed my concerns. When i saw him he was very rushed and didn't review my medical history. I tried to go over my concerns but the whole time he never made eye contact instead looking only at his laptop. The second time i went i did have a medical concern and again he was rushed. I tried to explain my symptoms but he didn't listen and gave me a prescription without explaining the reason for it. I tried to talk to him about the prescription and my actual health concern but he again didnt listen and rushed out of the office. I have had to make complaints to the office manager more then once. The office staff is rude and not helpful at all. This office easily bills you but doesnt provide the necessary medical care they should.

Helpful, Caring, Compassionate, Understanding, Factual, 10 out of 10!!!..., Mar 22, 2013 I went to Dr. Fellenbaum after being referred to him by my previous GYN. I was having painful intercourse for 6+ months and it was causing my marrage to fall apart. I had been to 3 gyns before I saw Dr. Fellenbaum and was beginning to feel there was no hope. After 3-4 visits with Dr. Fellenbaum he was able to pinpoint what was causing the pain. We changed some medications and I was able to reconnect with my husband! Dr. Fellenbaum is very knowledgeable, but if I ever had a question that he did not have an answer to, he would reach out to his many contact across the US and have an answer for me by my next visit. He is simply a marriage saver and I can not thank him enough!!! |

Dr Shimkus is a gem, a highly recommended oncologist..., Mar 17, 2013 Dr Shimkus treated my wife's glioblastoma, working with doctors at MD Anderson. He is the most accessible and compassionate doctor I have ever had the experience of knowing. For instance, he has his cell number on his business card and responds to calls or text messages on weekends and evenings! |

Great psychiatrist, compassionate, caring, and down to earth. ..., Feb 15, 2013 I have been treated for mental illness for 15 years and this is the best care and knowledgable doctor I've seen. He actually has me on less meds and I am doing well. He is very easy to talk to and is down to earth. |

Peddles quack medicine and couldn't care less about a patient's time..., Jan 29, 2013 Doctor Masri leaves one wondering what planet he’s from regarding some of the questionable voodoo science he advocates and the dismissive attitude he takes to other specialists. He’s very big on advocating the use of a highly expensive allergy test that insurance companies won’t cover (that should clue you up) and which is largely discredited by allergy specialists and a medical community that sees it as outdated science that renders far too many false positives and verges on the kind of quackery one would normally associate with the more outrageous claims of some in the alternative medicine community. Dr. Masri also took it upon himself to render ‘expert’ opinion on a bowel condition I’ve had for some years and which he claimed was all down to allergies and diet, thus segueing into his advocacy for the testing process mentioned above. The views expressed ran contrary to every opinion I’ve been given by a number of gastroenterologists through the years regarding my condition and how I should treat it, but what was even more disturbing was the manner in which he tried convincing me to cancel my planned appointment for the periodic colonoscopy my condition requires to check for inflammation and any signs of cancer. All of this of course from a medical practitioner I’d made an appointment to see regarding a mole on my forehead that had given me cause for concern! To rub salt into the wound, a follow-up appointment to garner the results of a series of blood tests that were taken on my first visit showed that the clinic has as little respect for the time of its patients as it has for their intelligence when peddling garbage science. My appointment was for a little past 9 in the morning so I theoretically must have been one of the first patients for the day, yet 70 minutes later I had yet to see Dr. Masri, with no apology or explanation from the disinterested staff. What is it about doctors that they have so little respect for your own time, but wil |
