Unprofessional office, Unneeded "surgery"............., Nov 22, 2011 The office was very unprofessional, front desk girl acted like she had better things to do than help people. Zero wait (now I know why). Doctor Chan came across nice and knowledgeable, but said my ears looked fine, but then proceeded to use a vacuum tool to suck any wax out of my ear, which would be fine except that insurance companies categorize that as "surgery" which means that it is no longer covered by insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. Doctor Chan performed unneeded surgery. I have to pay out of my own pocket for an unneeded (20 seconds at most) procedure. When I later complained to his office, they wouldn't remove the charge. Beware.

This is the right place to be if you want to get pregnant..., Mar 12, 2012 This doctor really seemed to know what was going on and I believe will help me get pregnant. Having him work with me has decreased my stress about not getting pregnant immeasurably. I just feel well cared for. It is hard to wait and see how (when) thing work out, but I know I am in the best place to be. |

Dr. Alexander at Leesville Primary in Raleigh Nc is a terrible Dr...., Mar 2, 2012 Dr. Alexander is a horrible Dr. He does not listen to your needs and has no empathy for your problems. He could care less about your symptoms and issues. He acts like he is in control and will not listen if the medication is not working. I will never go back to Leesville Primary Care again. |

Too late 4 me...RESEARCH this doc b4 you become his next victim...., Feb 20, 2012 Has numerous NEGS on various rating sites. Very unhappy patients! You will be shocked to read the comments former patients have made. He is not only a bad doc, but also has a fairly recent past record of illegal behaviors. Do in-depth research on rating sites as well as denverpost.com. Wish I had done that - am now trying to fix the damage this man has done to me. Like many others have written "I will never go back!" |
