The staff was cold and indifferent. I was glad I was only there for a one-time specialty appointmen..., Apr 23, 2010 I arrived for my appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time, and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes past my appointment time. When I approached the reception area to find out what was happening, the receptionist had no idea, and couldn't give me any reasons or ideas why or when I would be seen. Once I was called back, the nurse was indifferent to me, and never cracked a smile. The doctor, however, was very nice. He was training a resident, and he was extremely patient and thorough. He answered all my questions, got to know me, and spoke to me in terms I could understand. I am glad, however, that it was a specialty OB visit, and I will not have to return to that office anytime soon. If I were basing this just on the doctor, I would recommend a friend. However, the rest of the staff was greatly lacking, so I am not sure I would pass a referral on. |

My visit to Dr. Catapano was very quick and stress-free...., Apr 18, 2010 My experience with this doctor was very good. He was very friendly, but got straight to the point. He was very professional. He made some useful recommendations to me because I do not have health insurance. His office was also very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this doctor to a friend or family member. |

Helpful and interested inmy overall well being. I enjoy visiting with my doctor as they always treat..., Apr 9, 2010 I came in for a physical examination with my nurse practitioner Patti Hee. She is always so courteous and thorough. She went over my previous labs and then encouraged me to begin checking my blood sugar. She recommended that I visit a nutritionist and begin to assess my long term goals. Her caring and empathetic attitude allows me to feel free to be honest and forthcoming with all my problems and needs. Overall, my experience was great even though I have some medical issues that I am dealing with her helpful and encouraging attitude makes it much easier. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and have in the past. |

Dr. Brady was very kind and gentle in relieving my back pain...., Mar 28, 2010 Dr. Brady has a small practice where he personally greeted me when I walked in the door. After I filled out his new patient form, I was seen almost immediately. He was very professional and easily diagnosed what was causing my back pain. The chiropractic adjustment was very gentle and involved no popping at all. He told me that I would still be a little sore because of some inflammation, but the pain did start to decrease right away and continued to go down over the next day. I'm feeling much better now, thanks to his good job. |

The doctor was very fun, knowledgeable, personable, and caring...., Mar 10, 2010 I am 26 weeks pregnant, but this was only the second time I actually saw the doctor. I really liked her. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and most important--TIMELY. She made me feel like I was the number one priority at the time, and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns before sending me on my way. I am extremely glad to have found her, and hope she is the one who will deliver my baby due in June! |
