unprofessional and irratic orthopedics - unethical doctor..., Jun 25, 2010 I was in to be seen by Dr. Paul H. Marks, an orthopedist. We, church pastors, are on time, and prepared to see the doctor immediately. I and my wife were first (9am and 9:30am) to be seen by the doctor because we were rear-ended in an auto accident. As we walked into the clinic, he told the receptionist to jump "his patients" ahead of the insurance patients (us). We waited for more than one and a half hours, and saw too many people jumping the line. I had enough of this b.s. So I confronted the receptionist, but this doctor jumped and yells at me to "leave" and that "I don't care." Later, he wrote a report that says: "he was initially quite belligerent. This is because they were waiting some 25 or 30 minutes." I happen to keep the copy of my parking receipt for insurance claim. And the parking receipt says 2 and a half hours (had to pay $16). Dr. Marks is a terrible doctor whose examination was just a joke, and liar who brings in his professional lying into his practice. Stay away from this guy! |

Doctor's office don't know how to submit insurance claims right..., Apr 25, 2010 Okay so, I went to this doctors office, the doctor was really nice and everything to me. She didn't really talk to me about anything, and then I went back a month later she didn't tell me the results of my test I had to ask her and she said everything was okay but, what if it wasn't I would have had to wait that long to find out. On top of that before you leave you visit this nurse window so, you can get your prescription and pay your co-payment(if you have insurance), which I do and I payed my $15 co-payment and the nurse tells me I owe $150 and if I don't pay it they are going to take "legal action". I was furious, I went home and called my insurance company and they said that the office had entered in the wrong code that they were trying to claim, so, I got that all figured out and they told me to call and tell the nurses to re-submit the bill. I called there they were very rude told me that they couldn't resubmit the bill and now I have creditors after me because, they won't re-submit the bill and I'm not paying it because my insurance company says that they cover it. |

A Great Visit With a Great Doctor and Friendly Staff..., Apr 22, 2010 Doctor Vadada's staff is full of friendly and helpful nurses who are willing to do anything they can to help you. The Doctor herself is also very friendly and helpful as well as thorough on her examinations and gives a honest diagnosis and any help you need to get better. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. |

Thyroid problem. ,consulted due to a minor external bulging on throat..., Apr 1, 2010 I consulted doctor due to a minor external bulging on throat.I had the problem of excess hair falling also.After consultation,doctor told me to do one blood test in order to evaluate TSH activity.Doctor could finalyse that the problem is of thyroid hormone after seeing the blood test,which was abnormal.He advised me to take one tablet,Thyronorm, daily. |
