Drove an hour, waited & waited, paid $14 parking, never seen..., Apr 17, 2013 Called for appointment, told 10:45 a.m. avail, I explained we had a 2 p.m. appointment same day over an hour away from her office. Let them decide if I should take the 10:45 a.m. appointment. They reassured me it would be fine. Waited 1 hr, 15 mins then asked how much longer. Told 3 patients in exam rooms had not been seen & no more exam rooms available (i.e. it would be quite awhile). Asked why so backed up and was told she was over booked (no emergencies causing back log). Drove 1 hour, paid $14 parking, had to leave for 2 p.m. appointment without being seen. |

Please go elsewhere - terrible unorganized staff! ..., Apr 11, 2013 ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAFF. They are not helpful, do not call patients back with results (even after multiple voicemails over a period of WEEKS), keep irregular hours, and are not even at their office when they confirm with you the same day that they will be there! This makes it extremely difficult to coordinate the drop-off of post-surgery samples for their review. Also the information provided in the surgical info handouts given to patients conflict with each other AND with the info given by the doctor and yet again with the info given by the medical assistants. Completely unorganized. If your microscope is broken and you're waiting for a replacement microscope, why not call your patients and let them know so we don't have to call back week after week and leave voicemails? So stupid. Their behavior is inexcusable. Dr. Mullen himself did a decent job but I absolutely WILL NOT be back to see him and will not recommend other people to him. Terrible. |

Go see the REAL Dr. Tony Mork of Newport Beach, CA! ..., Mar 4, 2013 Dr. Tony Mork of Newport Beach and his staff were very friendly and helpful with my decision to have surgery. There was never any pressure, and never once did I feel like I was bothering them with my questions or calls. I never heard of Dr. Mork having an office in wherever this city listed is, but I want to make sure that you know the real Dr. Tony Mork is in Newport Beach, CA and it's no wonder that people from all over the country travel to him! He is one of the best in his field, and I have been living virtually pain-free ever since! Worth every penny! |

Doctor Charges you for asking you questions on your baby...., Mar 1, 2013 Short Story: THIS DOCTOR OVERCHARGES FOR SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT EVER PROVIDE. BEWARE!! Long Story: This is my daughter pediatrician since birth. She is now 20 months old. We have roughly 10 or so wellness checkups as is the norm for babies. Every month or so. Every time we have gone, the wait time is ridiculous. At least 30-45 mins. The time with the doctor feels rushed and the service not very warm. Those are the positives. Now the bad part. Recently Dr. Lee saw my daughter for a routine wellness check up. These are covered by my insurance at no charge. The doctor took 45 mins to see me. Then proceeded to ask me when she came in "How long did my girl have a respiratory infection?' This was apparently because my baby had some snot hanging from her nose. Who knew? Babies that are snotty all have respiratory infections? Well anyhow, it was the first time in over a week that my daughter had a runny nose and I informed the doctor that it was nothing more than a runny nose and it just started. So the check up proceeded and Dr. Lee asked me about my wife’s and my decision to not vaccine our daughter. To which I said, we had not changed our mind and that we were still keeping that opinion. The doctor of course getting paid by the pharma group to give these pushed them again, to which we declined. So finally the doctor continued on with the wellness check only to say my girls weight was a little big, but not to be concerned. Finally, as the doctor was checking with my girls legs and arms and what not, she asked if I had any questions. To which I said one. My daughter had some dry skin on her back. I asked the doctor if she had any recommendations for what to put on the dry skin. The doctor said cortisone cream. So after all of this, the visit wasn’t the problem. The invoice for services was. Dr. Asher is the best ENT you'll find. She combines high intelligence with natural talent and a focu..., Dec 6, 2012 Dr. Asher has saved my life twice. My first visit to her office, she fixed a week of botched care from my former GP that had me in a very bad situation. A year later, she rushed to the hospital to stop my life-threatening bleeding. In every visit I've had with her, she's shown nothing but extreme competence, which I've found to be incredibly rare. Most doctors seem to just guess at the problem and toss out random pills. It's quite obvious Dr. Asher actually knows what she's doing and she's laser focused on getting things right the first time. She's actually fixed all my ENT problems so that now I only see her when I'm bringing someone else to her. She's also the first and only doctor I've ever recommended. Bottom line: if you've gone 'round and 'round with other doctors trying to get your ENT problems fixed and you're ready to be done with it, make an appointment with Dr. Asher. You'll get more actual care in one visit with her than you've gotten everywhere else up 'til then. |
