This is the rudest physician I've ever met. Find someone else!..., May 24, 2012 I've learned not to expect much from doctors, but even still, Robie was shocking. She's very cold and rude, and arrogant. She didn't listen to me at all, and interrupted me to argue with me. She has zero warmth, and her haughty attitude left me feeling much worse than when I came in. I hope I never have to see her again. |

Better Plastic surgeons in Mobile, doesn't know insurance procedure, non caring..., May 17, 2012 Hard time getting a return phone call once your procedure is over with. Dr and staff are 20 years behind on covered procedures with insurance. Certainly will NOT return a phone call about insurance after your claim is denied, and will screen your calls about that matter. They charge up front, so they have their money, and could care less if you get reimbursed or not. When I was upset about having to have the procedure done, I started crying. Dr Proffitt just walked out of the room! |

WARNING: Very Negligent Doctor who abandoned me when I needed him most..., Apr 15, 2012 If you are reading this review you are probably wondering if Dr. Radnovich is a doctor who may be able to help you. I read all the good reviews and thought he was the doctor for me. I felt very confident that he would be able to help me when I left his office after my initial examination. However, shortly after taking the medication Dr. Radnovich told me I needed, I experienced some concerning side effects. Dr. Radnovich promised me I could call him if I had any questions or concerns about the medications but when I tried to contact him about what was happening to me, no one answered the phone. I left messages for three days about needing his help and he never called me back. Meanwhile my side effects became severe enough to send me to the ER. Afterwards, I tried contacting Dr. Radnovich six times to inform him about what happened to me and I never heard back from him. He failed me. I don’t want this to happen to you so please consider my warning. No amount of positive reviews will change my scary experience or pay the thousand of dollars it cost me at the ER. Dr. Radnovich gave me hope and then he deserted me. From my perspective, he is a very negligent doctor. |

friendly doctor, but only when it suits her. Goddess attitude..., Mar 31, 2012 Dr. Lee at first comes across as a friendly doctor who actually wants to help her patients, but as time (and experience) with this doctor go's on - you see the real side of her. She's opinionted, thinks her ideas/diagnosis are the only one which matters. If you tell her a medication isn't working, she looks at you in a distrustful manner and questions you as to have you've been taking the medication and taking it properly. If you have a long term illness which isn't progressing in a positive manner, she starts to become impatient with you and questions whether you want to get better or not. She insists on lots of tests (labs, scans, mri's) and seeing different specilists. She also prescribes a multi-tude of prescriptions. Her office staff needs training in how to effectively interact with patients in a positive manner - as does the doctor. |

terrible experience with Dr. Aukerman in Columbus, OH..., Dec 23, 2011 I had a terrible experience with Dr. Aukerman. My regular MD was not available so I was placed with him. When he entered I explained I slipped on my stairs at home and injured my back. I saw a body worker Wed who massaged and realigned me but suggested I see an MD as well. He asked what my body worker said I should have, all while being very dismissive. He never examined me, never directly faced me, and kept saying he would do this or that because my body worker wanted it, which I found demeaning. He refused to give me pain meds because he said there was no record of me getting them in their system, despite the fact that I've gone to that practice for over 10 years and have gotten pain meds there before. He was brusque, dismissive, and indifferent, and I will never see him again. I refused to pay for the visit even. He actually made me cry he was so harsh, which was offensive considering the pain I am in. |
