I suggest staying away from Reseda Family Medical Clinic run by Dr. Syrus Feridouni. I've never had such a horrifying experience with a doctor or clinic.
1. They bill $390 for just the doctor's visit not including any treatment. In comparison, West Oaks Urgent Care in Winnetka charges about $65.
2. They overbill for service even if you they say they take your insurance. My insurance refused to pay portions of the bill as they exceeded their contractual agreement.
3. Dr. Feridouni has a cruel bed side manner. When cleaning a wound on my daughter's palm which was extremely painful, he asked her if it hurt and when she said it did, he told her "no it doesn't".
4. I was incorrectly and over-billed for services received and when I attempted to resolve the matter by explaining to Dr. Feridouni (in a calm and polite manner) why the billing was incorrect, he started yelling at me, said if I didn't pay he would send me to collections and hung up the phone

would not recomend the waiting time is ridiculous i was an hour early for my appt at 2:30 did not get seen until 3:50 by 3:52 i was out of the office was not able to ask any questions on my daughters ruptured eardrum i dont think my daughter should get water in it but i guess i have to wait till i find another dr to be able to ask any questions. i would definitely not recomend this dr nor his facility the staff is horrible made me feel like it was my fault the front clerk forgot to sign me in an hour ago save your time and money i went to his south alamo location on barlite very disapointed in all services with them.

will charge you like a wounded bull for their own precious time? Arrogance? Disdain? The kind of greed that pushes them to cram their appointment schedule with as many patients as possible per day? And would it kill their staff to at least offer up some kind of token apology or explanation when keeping you waiting interminably? Whatever, I got up and left in disgust.
Having done my homework via the internet on the allergy test Dr. Masri peddles so stridently, and added to the manner with which he so casually played with my own health via the dismissive attitude he took to the views of gastroenterology specialists I’ve seen through the years, I’d already decided that he was certainly not the kind of medical practitioner I wanted to entrust my health to, or that of my family, on a long term basis. After the fiasco of waiting to see him so long, my view was doubly confirmed.

office is filthy and disgusting.my son's appt was at 1:30. we left after 4:00 pm and spent about 3 min with the doctor. office staff Linda (front desk) and referral girl, Laurie extremely rude and has no compassioni for people what so ever! not to mention the doctor herself is a horrible human being let alone horrible doctor! My 7 yr old son had a head injury and needed a MRI. not only was she more concerned with contacting DHS to get his school in trouble but she didnt even look at his head! had to wait 3 wk before getting a call for the MRI. I work as a nurse for a doctors office. WE WOULD NEVER make a patient who has a head injury wait 3 wks! especially a child! When I called her office for the 3rd time, the only answer I could get was "we are working on it" After getting frustrated, I asked the doctor herself call me. Her answer... " If you were truely concerned with your sons health, you would have taken him to the ER and we are doing the best we can dealing with sick people" Im sorry but my child's head injury that is causing him to have blurry vision should be more concerning than someone who has a cold! IF you love yourself or children, dont see Dr Willis!! ever
