Poor customer service. No compassion. Not helpful. Rude. No resolutions offered. ..., May 14, 2013 Regarding our appointment this morning of May 14, 2013. Upon arriving my 94 year old mother was anxious to to avail herself to the services of Dr. Kligman for chronic neck pain. I had been referred to Dr. Kligman by my personal physician. Upon presenting my mothers insurance card we were informed that it would not be excepted as Dr. Kligman was not listed as the primary care physician. I was disappointed to say the least when i was informed of this, as it was never explained to me when the appointment for a new patient was made that Dr. Kligman would have to be elected as her primary care physician in order for her insurance card to be accepted and to be seen by the Dr. I told the receptionist behind the desk that Healthnet would absolutely pay as I occasionally bring my mother to other primary care physicians that are not listed on her insurance card with out issues from the insurance company (healthnet). No avenue of resolution was offered by the receptionist, and in my opinion I was treated very rudely and was also told that my attitude was not appreciated, at which time I told her I also did not appreciate her shortness with me either, to which she exclaimed that I came into the office with that attitude, which is NOT the case. I became agitated because after waiting 4 months for this appointment I felt that it was neglgent on their part that we were never informed that in order to be seen we would need to elect Dr. Kligman as our primary care physician prior to our appointment. I believe this was an oversight in their policy and not a fault of the patient. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that there would be no problem and was rebuffed, at which time I thought it best that I call the insurance company so their office would be assured of payment. Dishonest billing and a bad bed-side manner. Not recommended...., Apr 22, 2013 I suggest staying away from Reseda Family Medical Clinic run by Dr. Syrus Feridouni. I've never had such a horrifying experience with a doctor or clinic. 1. They bill $390 for just the doctor's visit not including any treatment. In comparison, West Oaks Urgent Care in Winnetka charges about $65. 2. They overbill for service even if you they say they take your insurance. My insurance refused to pay portions of the bill as they exceeded their contractual agreement. 3. Dr. Feridouni has a cruel bed side manner. When cleaning a wound on my daughter's palm which was extremely painful, he asked her if it hurt and when she said it did, he told her "no it doesn't". 4. I was incorrectly and over-billed for services received and when I attempted to resolve the matter by explaining to Dr. Feridouni (in a calm and polite manner) why the billing was incorrect, he started yelling at me, said if I didn't pay he would send me to collections and hung up the phone |

Misleading web site. Does not live up to his claims of expertise and pain relief...., Apr 5, 2013 Dr Filler's website misleads people like me. I thought that his MRN and self proclaimed expertise and skill would help me with my chronic pain problems. So I visited Dr Filler at great expense to get an MRN and a diagnosis. Dr Filler recommended 3 very expensive injections in the front, side and back of my right hip. I did not have hip problems before the injections but immediately had problems and more pain then before. I did not have a bad case of piriformis syndrome before the injections......I do now after the injections. I have much more pain in the area of all 3 injections. The muscles and tendons where he gave the injections are chronically tight. I spoke with Dr Filler about this and he offered to do surgery. I can't help thinking that he knows that his very expensive injections will lead to his even more expensive surgery. Since the injections I have seen many bad reviews about Dr Filler. I think he is a very bad Doctor who takes advantage of people to make money. Beware of this man...his web site is like a spider's web...remember if it is too good to be true..it probably isn't....that was my experience with Dr Filler. |

wonderful anesthesia doctor. excellent anesthesia experience..., Apr 1, 2013 So relieved to have a doctor explain all the risks and what to expect will going under anesthesia. Dr. Fabiani definitely put my nerves at ease. I awoke pain free. Would definitely recommend her to my family and friends |

Useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..., Dec 15, 2012 This doctor can't and doesn't want to help. All he wants is $$$ earned as easy as possible. He has very poor knowledge of todays pharmacology and uses your time to research this on the internet...Save your time and $$$ and find a professional. The office is also very odd and VERY dirty. |
